Terms & Conditions
1. Tour Arrival
a. All tour participants are expected to arrive on time.
b. Anyone arriving late and missing the departure of their tour will not be refunded, but may reschedule their reservation for 50% of retail price of future reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Deposits (full and partial) for cancelled reservations are non-refundable.
b. Changing or rescheduling your reservation within 48-hours is subject to a rescheduling fee of 50% of retail price of future reservation, and no refunds will be provided for initial booking. c. No-shows will be charged in FULL, this fee CANNOT be applied to a tour or service at a later time.
3. Refund Policy
a. Once you embark on your tour into the desert, there are no refunds unless tour guide has to shut down the tour due to weather or other unsafe conditions.
b. No refunds will be provided if participants miss their scheduled reservation or change or alter their reservation within 48 hours.
We respect your privacy and take great care to safeguard information in our possession.
In this policy, we may use “we,” “our,” “us” and “SD Dune Tours” to refer to San Diego Dune Tours.
SD Dune Tours does not share customer information (including e-mail addresses) outside the company unless it is necessary to provide you with products or services available from us. We may also disclose information when you tell us to do so, to identify or contact you, to protect your rights or the rights of San Diego Dune Tours or as required or permitted by law.
Even within the SD Dune Tours company, we restrict access to your information to those individuals who need it to provide you with products or services available from us. Any third-party companies we use to provide you with products or services are required to keep your information secure and confidential.
